The DEFY Skyline Tourbillon Skeleton introduces the first skeletonized tourbillon to the collection. Openworked to its core, the El Primero movement is revealed within a radiant rose gold case, where light, depth, and mechanical balance define the design. Freed from a traditional dial, the movement rises like a mechanical skyline, framed by a peripheral flange carrying the hour markers. The ZENITH name floats on the sapphire crystal, while the star emblem is integrated directly into the skeletonized mainplate.
At its heart is the automatic El Primero 3630 SK calibre, finished in luminous blue and structured around the tourbillon aperture using the ZENITH star as a central motif. Architectural bridges at 10 and 2 o’clock add depth through their sloping, double-tier geometry. Blue PVD surfaces contrast with polished, rhodium-plated chamfers, while the 5 Hz one-minute tourbillon and skeletonized barrel reveal the watch’s dynamic rhythm and 50-hour power reserve.
Crafted entirely in rose gold, the 41 mm case features alternating brushed and polished facets that accentuate its sharp geometry. An integrated quick strap-change system allows seamless switching between the rose gold bracelet and a blue rubber strap with star pattern.
