FREE SHIPPING

Cellini offers free FedEx Priority Overnight shipping for online orders delivered within the United States. We charge for international shipping based upon the destination. All shipments are insured in the event your purchase is lost or stolen. FedEx requires that all deliveries be made to a street address and not a P.O. Box. To protect your shipment, FedEx requires a signature for all deliveries. To ensure on-time delivery, be sure someone is available to sign for your package. We make every attempt to ship online orders within 24 hours, however delays may occur as all orders are subject to verification for security reasons. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

PAYMENT TERMS

All orders are subject to verification for security reasons. If you are contacted, you will have 48 hours to complete the verification process. If you do not respond within 48 hours, you will be notified and the order will be canceled and refunded via the original payment method. For pre-orders, you are required to pay 25% of the price as a deposit when you place your order. The balance, including any shipping fees and taxes, will be charged when the product is ready for shipment. Please note, there are no refunds for pre-orders, only store credit.
