Online watch or jewelry orders may be returned within seven days of the date you receive your order. All sales are final after seven days.
You must inform Cellini that you would like to return an item within seven days of its delivery date by contacting our customer support center at 800-CELLINI (800.235.5464).
Cellini must receive returned items within 10 days of its delivery date. Any return received after 10 days may not be accepted.
All returns must include the original packaging materials. The item cannot be worn, damaged or altered in any way.
Refunds will be processed after Cellini inspects and approves the return. Items that are damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Special orders, custom pieces and items listed as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
