In 2016, LAURENT FERRIER unveiled a demonstration of its expertise in artistic crafts and visual balance with the Galet Traveller Globe Night Blue. The 2016 edition was distinguished by an engraved white gold dial, where the oceans were adorned with translucent blue enamel, and the continents subtly enhanced with gold glitter.
In 2025, engraving gives way to the art of miniature painting, with the continents cloaked in opaque blue enamel, elevated by more intense specks of enamelled gold, lending the whole piece a more refined and minimalist aesthetic.
Calibre LF230.02
Self-winding calibre LF230.02 incorporating the dual-time adjustment mechanism as well as the date. It features a system of unidirectional automatic winding via a pawl-fitted micro-rotor, backed by a double direct-impulse natural escapement. This escapement is distinguished by the fact that the balance receives two direct impulses for each oscillation, thereby guaranteeing excellent efficiency matched by an 72-hour power reserve.
