“Heritage is not something to reproduce. It is knowledge to understand, preserve, and ultimately reinterpret.”
Since 1980, Antoine Preziuso has devoted himself to pushing the boundaries of mechanical watchmaking. Heritage Horloger thus marks a singular milestone in the journey of Antoine Preziuso: a watch that does not follow time, but travels through it.
At its origin is the Tourbillon Imperial pocket watch . Crafted from a Swiss double-barrel tourbillon ébauche designed in 1928 at the École d’Horlogerie de la Vallée de Joux.
The Heritage Horloger manually wound movement offers a 120-hour power reserve, thanks to two barrels mounted in parallel. Its true visual signature emerges in the architecture of its bridges. Antoine draws inspiration from a watchmaker’s gear cutting machine a traditional watchmaker’s workshop instrument once used to work wheels and gear teeth with great precision. He reinterprets its silhouette as a protective shield surrounding the balance wheel.
Each dial of the Heritage Horloger is crafted entirely in 18-carat gold and individually hand-engraved. Beneath the artisan’s tool, the material gradually comes to life: the decoration gains depth and relief, while light continually reveals new nuances in the precious metal.
Limited to just 40 pieces — 20 in yellow gold and 20 in platinum.
